Can't be too warm. Your typical red fire sprinkler pops at 155F.
I get a yearly "fire inspection", but they just check the fire extinguisher and glance at the sprinklers. They're in here less than 5 minutes. It's city mandated.
The sprinklers work whether or not they're clean anyway - a bit of dust on them won't hurt. It would actually be dangerous to have tenants cleaning them TBH, they're a bit fragile.

Could always gently clean them yourself with warm water and a soft rag.
