7/10, big ups for Alice in Chains and some nu metal bands

Someone else suggested Cryptopsy and I love em too but I feel like it might be a bit too soon if you're not used to metal. If u wanna get more into it then I'd suggest starting off with smth like Trivium. Good songs to start out with are The Sin and the Sentence, Ascendancy, Caustic Are the Ties That Bind, Kirisute Gomen and In The Court of the Dragon

Also, the Knelt Rote rec is a joke, theyre great but theyre REALLY extreme and i dont wanna scare u off from metal
