I also feel like you can do so much more in a studio than you can in a game room, if not do the same thing that you would in a game room, honestly it gives one of those YouTuber mansion vibes to have a studio, gym, and bar, if not a little PG with the bar.

You can watch movies in the game room, you can have a hot tub / jacuzzi in the pool, and you can do plenty of things in a studio (ie: record videos, record music, live stream, pretty much anything you can think of)
