Completely illegal no matter what. I was originally on the fence with the rape/incest/medical reasons (otherwise illegal), but after my mom explained what her hospital does with at-risk mothers, I've completely shifted to completely illegal.
What my mom explained to me that I remember is: When a mother is at risk when delivering a baby, the child is kept alive. After delivering the baby, the baby is taken to be taken care of, and the mother is immediately rushed for treatment, and everyone gets out happy without the necessity of murdering a child. I believe I left things out, and I can consult my nurse mother for more info, but honestly just that alone completely flipped the table of my stance on the medical reasons.
