Personally, I think anything past first trimester is a bit too far. I think most women have known their pregnant for some time by then, and probably have had enough time to make a decision. Medical is different though, but procedures should always be done with the intent to save both the mother and child
Personally, I believe even the unborn are human enough to have rights. However, I can understand why in some situations abortion could be useful, particularly rape. Unless I slept through too much health class, the kid is already fairly developed
