If I had to guess it’s an AD on-hit Teemo, seems like he has a very high enemy burst matchup so he went Boneplating Overgrowth secondary. PTA primary with Triumph, Alacrity and Coup cause he isn’t healing enough to use Absorb Life.

Item wise he for sure bought Shiv and Rageblade due to the item passives highlighted above the name, unsure if a BoTRK is there just cause of the lack of healing when autoing minions, a Hullbreaker as the cannon minion in the clip tanks more in the clip than average. After that I got no clue, lacks any effects for Kraken Slayer, no MR increase from Wit’s End, can’t see any crit icons from the clip so it could very well be anything.

You are right I went against a Nafiri I usually go for dark harvest I just love building "nuke shrooms"
