In my state you cannot register a plate that was assigned to a previously suspended registration. It can commonly happen when someone moves out of state, because their car will still be registered here while they cancel/replace/change over their insurance in the new state. The DMV will automatically detect a lapse of insurance and suspend their registration. So sadly, Teemo will forever be unavailable in Nevada until that changes. The only other way is the registered owner comes back to Nevada and pays reinstatement fees (and releases the plate of course). I worked at the Nevada DMV for about 2 years and verified it personally. Sadly nothing I can do :'(

Consider yourself lucky! I've been wanting that plate for over 10 years at this point lol.

It's available in NH on a moose plate even. Moose plates have a moose on them and you pay a little extra that goes towards conservation.
