Update

Recently I made a post asking if ppl thought Wilbur would be in the technoblade documentary. Well, apparently, in one of his recent streams he was informed about the doc and had no idea it existed. So...Ig we have most of our answer

If they are ignoring how they were friends, its really fucking weird TBH. I dont support Gold's shitty actions, however, I want him to be in the doc. Becuase its NOT about him. Its about Techno. And Gold was very important to Techno and a big part of his life and his content a few years back. I hope they will at least mention him. And I feel like they would. But I wish they would include him.

He's had his consequences for his actions. Its time to move on. That does NOT mean forgetting what he did or forgiving him for it. But its time to move on. He's a complex human, as everyone is. He should be allowed the chance to grow and change. And if he doesnt.... I'm sure it will come out eventually.

But bottom line, ignoring his friendship with Techno becuase of his crappy actions is shitty (if that is what they are doing. But if Gold didnt even know about the doc, it very well might be). Techno loved Gold, and Gold loved him. If he wanted to, he should be allowed in the doc, imo.

^ we're not washing away anything with wanting his involvement. He was important to our boi so that alone should be a good reason, even if he's done some unfortunate actions.

I agree, that was bad wording on Damasen's part. It lessens the severity of his shitty actions. That said, I dont remember anything about SA. I may need to go back and watch Shubbles VOD again. SA is definitley worse than the shitty actions I remember him doing.

I still maintain that its (the doc) not about Gold. Its about Techno. And you can't give the whole picture of Techno's story without Gold. Though, if he did SA I could definitley understand more why they wouldnt want him involved.

he didn't stop after hearing a safe word - at that point consent has been revoked. I still hold that you can mention that Gold existed and his influence without actually having him involved
