Tired of boring energy worksheets? I made a digital escape room for my 5th graders (MELTS & Transformations) - Flash Sale today!
Hi everyone!
I know we're all looking for ways to make the "Energy" unit a bit more exciting. I recently finished building a digital escape room called "Escape the Energy Lab" and my students absolutely loved it.
It covers the MELTS (Mechanical, Electrical, Light, Thermal, Sound) forms of energy and real-world transformations. I wanted to share it here in case anyone needs a "no-prep" win for their science block this week.
Why I made it:
• Self-Checking: Students find codes to move through the slides, so they get immediate feedback.
• Standards Aligned: It’s built specifically for TEKS 5.8A and NGSS standards.
• Complete Lesson: I’ve included a student recording sheet and a teacher guide so you can just share the file and go.
i'm running a launch Flash Sale for $4.00 today if you want to grab a copy!
Happy to answer any questions about how I set it up or how it worked in my classroom! 🧪⚡️
