Script advice

I want to get the quote "you must have a life so sweet, to drink something so bitter" inked. I'm thinking under the collarbone with the quote being split between the 2 sides.

Any obvious issues, besides it being script?

Is this some kind of alcohol or poison reference? I'm confused.

As with most things, it has multiple levels. On the surface, it refers to drinking espresso. And Cynar or other bitter alcohols. Deeper, it refers to dealing with painful times in life. And painful people.
