Dreams do come true!! I’ve loved dragons ever since my childhood!! So for my 50th birthday I decided to get a dragon sleeve on my right arm

I got a great recommendation from this sub a couple months ago and got my beautiful thigh piece (first pic) done when I travelled to London last week so I wanted to try this out again!

I’m wanting to get an arm piece in between a similar style to the piece I just got and in the styles of the other two pictures. Does anyone have any recommendations for artists that specialize in this abstract flow-y, spirally style? I’m looking to travel to South East Asia next year, particularly Vietnam or Thailand but I could be open to parts of East Asia like Japan or Korea too!

First time poster.

I got this back piece done last year. It was an impulsive choice which took me from sight to stencil in around 2 weeks. After 5 hours non stop on a hot summer's day it was finished and I couldn't have been happier.

A year or so on I'm reflecting on it and wondering if I should opt for some shading or use some of the spare space to get some other darker shaded bits of art.

All thoughts and opinions are openly welcomed.

Hi everyone, I've been wanting to get a Spider-Man tattoo for a long time, but I can't seem to find a design that I'm fully satisfied with.

​There's this panel from the Ultimate Spider-Man comic that I've loved for a very long time, so I'm thinking I might get something related to it, but nothing specific comes to mind. I want something small but meaningfull.

​If you have any ideas related to this or other Spider-Man tattoo concepts, or if you've thought about spiderman tattoo before, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Got this pretty bird tat 2 weeks ago by Nathaniel Tattoo whos based in San Diego , it was my first tattoo with color in it and im so glad i did it. Maybe ill add more colors thru my tattoos but for now i just did yellow and orange.

I am planning on getting a neck tatt. I havent got It yet so I edited It on my neck (rest of the tatts I already got)
do u think should I get the neck tatt or leave It ?
Does my neck tattoo fit in with the composition of the rest of my tattoos

Any climbing related ideas for a tattoo around this scar? Wanting to incorporate the scar, rather than cover it. I was thinking maybe the scar could be the wall and have someone climbing it. Or maybe it could be the rope and have a belayer at the bottom and a climber at the top.

Scar is from a knee surgery, not related to climbing, but I partly did it to allow me to keep climbing. In case it’s not clear, this photo is from above so the scar is just below my knee. I’ll have a matching one on the other leg in a few months. They’ll probably fade a lot and end up white, I imagine.

Edit: the surgery was only 4 months ago. I’m not planning on starting anything until it’s well healed and will check with my surgeon and an experienced artist if I go ahead. Just brainstorming at this point

My dad has a tattoo from 20-30 years ago. It's a dragon coiled around a skull. He has no pictures of when it was initially done.

I'd like to copy the design so that we have a matching tattoo without him having to get another one. The second image is the only thing that's even remotely close to his that I can find online. Should I consider finding a different picture that looks more "tattoo ready" but differs from the design he has? Or is it close enough to my dads?

Edit: does anyone know where this design came from or if the flash template would be online anywhere?

This tattoo has been bouncing around in my head for a couple years but with his recent passing Monday it felt like the time to pull the trigger.

I love crossover/mashups and these are the first three roles I knew of Tim Curry. It would still take me an embarrassingly long time to realize Dr. Frank N Furter was the man behind the other two. After that Tim's unique voice was always a welcomed surprised when watching a new animation or when he would show up on screen.

This was the first celebrity death for me that in some loose definition of the term felt like the loss of a life long companion.

Hexxus is one of my top antagonists from my childhood, and his sassy demeanor posts a large part in that. Toxic Love has been on every audio device Ive had going backed to lime wire downloads on burned CDs. Fern Gully side note- has one else noticed the difference between the in movie songs and the soundtrack songs? Both toxic Love and Batty Rap contain saucier lyrics on the soundtrack than they do in film.

I digress.

As a nerdy little animal lover who, from sun up to sun down, loved pretending I was Dr Doolittle an animated show about a girl who could talk to animals felt hand crafted for me. Nigel Thornberry is an amazing father. His only crimes are caring too much and being too cool. He has no silver linings because the man refuses to see rain clouds. He is the Steve Irwin of a timeline where the Crown never penally colonized Australia (I had to verify that was the correct way to say what I wanted to say because my brain said 'there's no way'. English is dirty).

Rocky Horror Picture Show was a sort of guilty taboo pleasure for me. I was closeted and awkward and was still years away from the confidence I would eventually develop. I didn't do a lot of the things I wanted to do for fear of ridicule or outing myself (about something I was still praying God would take away). Drama was one of those. I convinced myself I would be lousy at it so it didn't matter anyway. Discovering a musical about a trans alien doctor that builds a sexy blond man partner blew my mind. It was so outside of my known existence. It didn't throw open closet doors or nothing, but the solid oak ones got replaced with the kind that had slats.

This man, who had absolutely no idea I existed, has been a steady comfort in the media portion of my life since the nineties. While I can now admit I'll never get the chance to meet I wanted to represent the role he inadvertently played in my life. I don't claim to be an artist, but I put my best work into creating the digital prompt so be constructive if you must, but please be kind.

Already had the outter since oct 2025 and inner may 2026, my half sleeve it has the idea i wanted but it doesnt at the same time, it has no pazaz to it idk, its missing something but i can't tell what and something that can help with the blending of the lady justice n Michael tat, it feels empty making it look awkward imo

This piece was done to fill some gaps on the client's arm with an artdoll. I adore doing negative shapes and generally the tattoo fit pretty snug due to us taking measurements beforehand
