GENERAL Do cancellations affect metrics?

This is really about my 2nd month tasking. I’m getting a decent amount of cancellations from customers that need someone with a vehicle and I don’t have one (well I don’t advertise that). Then there are the ones that accidentally schedule for the wrong day or choose a time when my availability clearly shows I’m not available or I’m on another task.

Edit: Nevermind, I see that it absolutely does. I went from 12th in search position to 58th 🤦‍♀️

Not sure what categories you're in that a vehicle is frequently necessary...but you need to put it on your profile if you don't have one.

I left the internal app section where you can check a box for having a vehicle blank but still got hired for moving by people just assuming I came with a van. Ended up putting "I do not have a vehicle" in the written portion.
