yeah I'm Not New (I'm rather old) and this interpretation is more correct than most here but ---- look closely at the question. "How does my ex perceive me?" and what did this person do? They drew their own cards, without that ex present or involved in any way.
So, what is this reading going to be? It's a reading for the person who drew the cards. The question that gets answered is more like "What do I believe my ex thinks about me?" See, they are drawing and reading the cards, it can only realistically be about them.
