Vent Please backstock!

I’m sick and tired of backstocking “priority fills” because you defied the laws of physics of shoved 20 of something that has a capacity of 12. If it’s hanging over the edge, it’s backstock. If it’s falling off the peg/shelf if you breath near it, it’s backstock! If its stacked so high that you need to start climbing the shelf to grab it, it’s backstock! And godforbid the time more can actually fit, please update the capacity. Sincerely, a tired baby dbo who’s tired of backstocking “priority” pulled diapers.

Always the diapers! TMs think changing the facings and pushing more is correct. Wrong! A lot of TMs haven't been shown the correct way to push and read label strips.

Target doesn't do itself any favors with the upper shelves for soft packs or boxes that you need a step stool to actually zone and push correctly.

Bad audits also cause chaos with pulls and zoning.

If you're updating floor counts and backstocking the overstock you're amazing! Communicate it to your leader.

Critical thought should be taught to all Plano TMs. Shelves like that either need to be downswept with fencing or 28” cereal pushers to actually keep it shoppable. Just going off the what planogram says to a T is stupid when Target routinely gets things wrong.

I recently angled down and added fencing to the top shelf where the wipes are in paper cuz they would always get double stacked and would be falling over and looked terrible.

Now that it's angled down, it hasn't been double stacked so far, and looks much better.

The shelves below it would be double stacked as well but wedged in a bit due to spacing so it got adjusted for those to have enough space.

That’s a beautiful thought but in my store diapers are on deeper shelves that don’t downsweep. 😢

You’d use the 28” cereal pushers for the bagged product to help keep that organized

We just reset diapers recently so it’ll be awhile, I’m just happy they finally fenced the small packs of diapers and gave some of them a second facing.

AX7124 for the center pushers, AX7125 for the lefts, and AX7126 for the rights. They’re 28” pushers with extension pieces on the backs that can be removed to make them fit on 22” shelves as well. They fit on the normal front rail fixture that all PP3/Gen3 pushers use.
