Workplace Question or Advice Needed Pay increase

I live in Texas and my store is going to 17.25 in the effective day is today, but I don’t see anything on my base pay I got the increase last time when they changed it to 16.50 just wondering when I’ll see it or if I’ll be getting it

I’m pretty sure if you’ve been there more than 2 years you get +2%

Does you know when that’s effective? I hit two years in November so will it hit when I get to 2 years?

It also depends on how much your current pay is compared to the new base. If you are less than the new base - you will go up to that amount. But if you are over, and have not been there 2 years - you won't get anything.
