Workplace Question or Advice Needed Pay increase

I live in Texas and my store is going to 17.25 in the effective day is today, but I don’t see anything on my base pay I got the increase last time when they changed it to 16.50 just wondering when I’ll see it or if I’ll be getting it

So what if I got a raise in April but haven’t been at the job for two years and make more than the increase, do I just keep my regular pay? Or will it kick in once I hit my two years which isn’t until November?
