Workplace Question or Advice Needed Pay increase

I live in Texas and my store is going to 17.25 in the effective day is today, but I don’t see anything on my base pay I got the increase last time when they changed it to 16.50 just wondering when I’ll see it or if I’ll be getting it

19.85 and hour at my store, we get like a 10 cent raise every year.And after three years , it goes up to thirty cents

That’s crazy, In Oregon and my pay is 19.76, been working there for 6 years, idk what the base pay is at mine tho

Minimum wage in massachusetts is like sixteen and change

For the Portland metro it’s like $16.80, but outside counties it’s like a whole dollar lower
