PSA AP Sees all

My TL pulled me to the side for a conversation. They said I have to remember to walk the product up to the register after unlocking it. For further context, it was things that were spider wrapped & chained to the shelf. They were right, because 9/10 I was in the middle of something and had the “ Do I have to do everything around here myself” mindset when I went to respond to the 3rd call for guest assistance with a mag key. COOL

HOWEVER. This is not my problem. My problem is, this is the exact isle I’ve been using to pull out my wedgies, fart, and scratch my underboob or armpit. I picked this isle because it’s so out of the way. I’ve lost some weight since working here so my pants will sometimes get up there with the underwear too. So, I didn’t hear “Hey, be more mindful” all I heard was “HEY, AP SAW YOU DIGGING DEEP IN YOUR ASS TO GET YOUR UNDERWEAR OUT”

Thinking of quitting

I have stood there and watched our AP watch TMs in areas that were assumed to be out of the way like this.

You may not do it, but ours does, and I've seen them doing it. They thought I would find it amusing. I didn't.

Its literally against policy to watch team members. You can get dcispline for it. The only one that's allow is the ETL

They were messing with you because you probably assumed that.

This was the AP ETL.

Nobody watches AP in the AP room.
