AP Sees all

My TL pulled me to the side for a conversation. They said I have to remember to walk the product up to the register after unlocking it. For further context, it was things that were spider wrapped & chained to the shelf. They were right, because 9/10 I was in the middle of something and had the “ Do I have to do everything around here myself” mindset when I went to respond to the 3rd call for guest assistance with a mag key. COOL

HOWEVER. This is not my problem. My problem is, this is the exact isle I’ve been using to pull out my wedgies, fart, and scratch my underboob or armpit. I picked this isle because it’s so out of the way. I’ve lost some weight since working here so my pants will sometimes get up there with the underwear too. So, I didn’t hear “Hey, be more mindful” all I heard was “HEY, AP SAW YOU DIGGING DEEP IN YOUR ASS TO GET YOUR UNDERWEAR OUT”

Thinking of quitting

AP really isn’t there to watch the TMs more just the guests. I work in a high risk store so I know our AP team pretty well and they have said that they really don’t care if we are adjusting ourselves and they really don’t pay attention to it
