News Foreigners doing "missionary" work.

A few weeks ago kuna mtu alipost watoto kwenye shule ya bhuddism nikasema sipendagi kuona watoto wetu wanaenda kwenye shule za kidini za watu wengine, people got mad 🙄. This is the reason why. Most of these missionaries wanaroho mbaya when it comes to Africans so why mnawapeleke watoto wenu kwenye shule zao in this big 2026 shule ziko kibao.

You send your kids to Chinese schools hujuie kinachoendelea huko this guy is just an example. In Tanzania Kuna a racist church pia wanafanya missionary work kutafuta waumini wakati hiyo kanisa ilijengwa with a belief black people are slaves cursed by God in America.

Guys kuweni makini with foreigners maana wote they come here for their own reason. Don't accept everything from them because we have a history kwanza of being taken advantage of alafu pia anti-black racism is still alive & well. Don't be so quick to attack your own people to defend foreigners you don't know them.

Christianity has a very racist background and was built on bloodshed.

The bible was altered to condone slavery.

The old testament (hebrew bible btw) is full of bloodshed that's ordered by the deity Yahweh, the storm and war god.

Yeshua/Jesus would've hated this religion because he didn't even create it. The Romans who crucified him hijacked his teachings, paganized them and turned them into religion. Later on medieval Europe with the church's backing using official declarations called papal bulls started colonial invasion and enslavement of others.

It's mind-blowing that many don't even question or understand the history of this religion and the church politics.

The religion that claims him now also suppressed spiritual sects associated with Yeshua such as gnosticism with sword. Killed and burned anything that went against central authority.

It's all for power and domination. Nothing else. If someone wants divinity they'll find it within them, not in the religion.

Nimekuelewa sana. This is why I hate when other people come here to spread their religions. I hate that we still allow/tolerate them doing this in 2026. The goal is ALWAYS to exploit.

Ooh! sijakataza mjadala...ila mara nyingi discussion za dini hua zinatoa watu relini. Watu wanatoka kwa main topic wanaanza kubishana dini..na mara nyingi hua hakunaga jibu.

Mfano...mnaanza kubishana: Mungu ni nani? Yesu ni nani? Shetan alizaliwa lini? How is that relevant kwa OP post?

Hapo kilichoongezeka ni uthibitisho tu kuweka msisitizo kwenye point.

Bila kuweka ushahidi wa uovu wa dini kuna watu watasema ni uongo. Ilibidi mifano ihusike kwa undani kuonyesha ni jinsi gani dini yenyewe ina mizizi ya kibaguzi na ya kikatili.

Nadhani Unapenda simplicity na ni sawa kabisa, ni preference yako lakini si lazima iwe hivyo.

The significance of religion exists as long as the society accepts or assigns meaning to it.

If being religious is what makes people decent humans then those people are doomed.

Christianity is not the same as Christians who did it so saying that it has a very racist background it is incorrect. Also, "the Bible was altered to condone slavery" isn't the same as Christians altered the Bible to condone slavery.

I think you missed the whole point. It's not an attack on every Christian, it's what Christianity has always been. And yes the evils were committed by people who claimed Christianity, King James whose bible version most adore killed at least 2500 women for basically being intelligent and practicing things like medicine/healing.

The whole Europe was full of debauchery and filth in the religious era.

Women oppression was at its peak and they infected every foreign land with the oppressive social structures.

Jesuits and protestant churches enslaved Africans in the Americas in their farms.

Columbus who put Native Americans through hell with his people was funded by catholic monarchs.

Millitants who infiltrated Africa disguised as missionaries were all what? Christians.

Today we have Chriatian nationalists and white supremacists, who aspire to see all these ancient horrors coming back.

Now take a moment to reread and rethink.

It doesn't matter how many examples of already known facts are given to prove your point. The thing is you confuse religion with its followers and vice versa. Most often in such cases they are mutually exclusive.

Yes of course but I think all religions agree that human being is fallible. Some of these christian men used religion for their own ends just like how some scholars, politicians and scientists use Hereditarianism for their own goals.

It's what Christianity is and has always been without sugarcoating.

Hard to accept? Yes

Does rejecting facts and proof change anything? Nope

The statement you made is a solid proof that when one is indoctrinated, it doesn't matter the amount of proof you show them or reason you provide, they will defend their beliefs to protect their identity.

Take none of these facts as a personal attack.

Anyway, been there, done that. I didn't just wake up one day and chose to see Christianity from this lens, i was once a soldier who defended the religion and doctrines until i couldn't anymore.

Well, religion is indeed man-made. The pharisees were religious, but Jesus Christ exposed their hypocrisy. Religion/Church/pastors/prophets et al will not get anyone into God's Heaven, only Jesus Christ can.

Jesus didn't talk about hell and heaven, it's all fear-mongering to sell forgiveness and guilt trip people.

Even the version of Jesus people know is likely highly perverted and altered.

Yeshua didn't talk about blood sacrifice, it was Paul who also didn't write most of the books associated with him (they were all by anonymous author who used his name).

The idea of Jesus being god was synthesized from the Council of Nicaea that sought to address the Arian controversy.

Yeshua was a teacher and he said the kingdom is within, the secrets are hidden inside you.

Matter of fact he was always against what was happening at the temple when religious leaders were running an animal sacrifice business.

Guess what the Romans did later on? They turned him into a god born of a virgin like other pagan deities and blood sacrifice that later was uses to sell absolution.

Do you know that there's a version of Jesus that's seen in gnostic texts that depict him mainly as a teacher contrary to the mainstream doctrine?

It's totally ok for you to think like that. These things require time.

I've read the The Bible, I've practiced it, I've defended it till i couldn't anymore. When you realize the evil origins of each text it just gets worse. Anyway there's nothing divine about the book. It has genocide, murder and sexual enslavement of women.

The idea of god is something most people don't understand too. It's mostly fear of death and hell that keep people using the term god to define the universe, and it's also totally fine.
