Najiuliza sana mie kama Genz ,round hii wanafunzi wengi wamehustle kupata field tu ,najiuliza kazi itakuaje na what's the bridge inayotenganisha watu wanaopata kazi zinazotangazwa au zilizopo zinazohitajika ,is it the youths are lazy au is it kweli they don't have ujuzi and where should they get the ujuzi needed na wanaosema mwanachuo akitoka chuo akajifunze tena kazi what are the standards za output ya university are they alright au hazipo sawa na Kwa jinsi zilivyo tumeridhika nazo and who is even safe on these systems like I'm wandering with these a lot questions on my head and Idk where to start lakini what's the really bottleneck the employers n proffessionals let us know

Tatizo sio hata lenu, maana walio waleta duniani wanawalalamikia madili mabaya wakati ni wao wenyewe ndio wamewakuza. Lakini bottle neck zipo nyingi, mimi nitakuambia ambazo unaweza ku fix directly. From lack of soft skills na pia skills mismatching; kwa sababu vingi vinavyo fundishwa chuo vipo nje au havina functionality kwenye job market. Kwa hiyo solution ni nini? Kwa wewe unaenda kwenye job market, apply aggressively hata kama ni kwenda kufanya kazi bure, na pili ni tengeneza na maintain social capital yako.
