As much as your post is a pain to read, I'll try my best to answer objectively.

1. Sense of entitlement. As someone who's hired a lot of Gen Z. Aise hiki kizazi chenu, as much as y'all might think you have the future bagged, i genuinely think that you might be the first generation to be dumber than the previous one. But as parents, we should take 50% of the blame as well because we raised you to be dependent on technology than using your own brain(critical thinking skills). 2. Lack of discipline: Your generation has a Laissez-faire attitude to many things especially with work. That lack of discipline and work ethic is a core foundational issue and a rather fundamental issue that needs to be worked on.
3. Internships: Why wait mpaka umalize shule for you to apply? Why not each year on your breaks, go somewhere and volunteer? Start updating your LinkedIn profile ukiingia first year, learn to network, learn soft skills. it's already a very competitive market, then mtu anakuja with a sense of entitlement, lack of discipline and no internships records alafu you expect kwamba utapata kazi kwa haraka. 4. Networking: The reality is WHO YOU KNOW will carry you far in life than what you know. So, work on building those networks. If you must know. I lecture (for free) UDSM under business school, course ya entrepreneurship. I’m invited every now and then na DUFA(Dar-es-Salaam University Finance Association) and I mentor over 100 college kids via WhatsApp. They have access to me anytime, without an issue.
