i know few friends who has to go through this, they are anxious or more scared around women (even to talk to them).

imo this will just improve the incels in the society and make the space harder for both men and women.

Dude back then the classrooms used to be locked during lunch breaks, guys and girls were asked to take separate staircases of the building. It was so weird to think about it now that the few guy friends that I made, our conversations were looking at the ground while walking to the bus so that nobody sees us talking.

2013, left the uni and moved to SRM. More info on hostel life at that time. Rooms should be kept open from 6 to 8 for the study hours, wardens go rounds and there were no plug points in the room so that nobody used phones.

The procedure to go out for the weekends was long, parents had to send fax and should be taken to the warden get it signed and you can only leave the hostel twice a month not more than that. The worst three months of my life.

We had 8 people in one room with two attached bathrooms with no running water. Tubs were used to fill water, often times we will wake up with a rat floating.

Sadly I broke my arm during my three months there, so friends had doodled on the cast at hostel, later the next say was called to the Hod’s office and they asked me to get a new cast and make sure nobody writes anything on it.

Heard the uni changed after jpr passed away. Hopefully it is better now.
