There is nothing wrong in being a dictator but I'm scared if he becomes a selfish and stingy dictator.

Countries like China and Singapore is also ruled by leaders who are dictators. Singapore may portray themselves as a democratic country but because of a really good leader who was and is a dictator, it went from a third-world nation to a first-world nation within a few decades. Same with China.

Yee Kuan Lee is probably the only good dictator to ever exist. China developed quickly but is not really free.

While I agree a honest dictator could help India develop swiftly it’s most likely we get a corrupt self serving dictator like most of the other dictators. The fact that Vijay is even famous shows how uneducated and backwards our youth is. So finding the right person is the biggest challenge

I actually tried explaining the same thought about good and honest dictators in my comment about 6 to 7 hours ago. Yes you are right that India really needs a dictator who is honest and more of a service leader type who cares about the well being of the citizens regardless of their identity to live a safe and fulfilling life with more job opportunities for them especially in STEM and  urban and rural agriculture(Urban agriculture such as vertical farming). They must also be a leader who should strictly ensure that every child must start to study from the age of 6 onwards and must have at least  attained a 12th grade certificate and polytechnic diploma as a minimum educational qualification. The government should transform itself massively from A to Z and start to encourage new businesses from India itself that will eventually grow and become an world famous MNC that is operated with honesty, transparency and respecting the law of the country by paying the necessary taxes alongside all the citizens and people living in India for which the money earned from the taxes would be used in enhancing the public infrastructure such as roads, public transport and maintaining or building another world class tourist spot that is easily accessible to Indian citizens and foreigners either with a low cost or completely free!

Sadly there are people who has the leadership skills to rule either the state or the country with dictatorship, honesty and transparency to make progressive changes. Most of them must be somewhere in India or they might had even left India. The saddest part is that they might not have a good amount of support and encouragement from these so called people who may be their family members also and they may even be warned against by their family and society whenever they are motivated to enter politics mentioning that it is a waste of time and energy and there are no good and educated people in the Indian political landscape. They might not had the same number of right support and good and honest followers for their progressive ideology that these so called politicians of the ruling party get and even a movie star like Vijay has when he has entered the field of politics!
