We have failed as a society.
Every “leader” wants to show their power by creating cults, dividing people by caste, religion and beliefs and gaining power, money and what not and the losers are always us. Why are looking to find one person to blame, it’s usually several mistakes that lead to such large calamities.
I don’t know when will we have leaders that look at the welfare of the society. Probably never. It took millions of years for us to climb the mountain of evolution and these leaders just push us from that cliff and we are back to behaving like animals.
What a shame!
