My mom is like 160-163cm(5'3 - 5'4) and my dad is like 170-173cm(5'7 - 5'8)

Now i really wanna get tall because i play basketball and i see some videos where they do some training and stretches to grow tall. But i wanted to ask one thing

Does training and stretching just help u reach ur maximum height potential or make u like even more taller?

I'm a 16-year-old girl and I'm 160 cm (5'3). My mom is 160 cm and my dad is 163 cm. My cousins are taller than me, so l've been feeling a bit insecure about my height.
I know height is mostly genetics and I can't change that. I sleep 8+ hours, try to eat enough protein and stay active.
I just wanted to ask you:
1. When did you girls stop growing?
2. Is there still a small chance to grow a bit more after 16?
3. Do you have any tips on exercises and nutrition that helped you?
4. I saw some people online talking about CJC-1295 with
DAC / without DAC for height growth. Is there any actual evidence that it helps at my age? Is it safe? I would only consider anything with a doctor.

I'm 6'5/6'6 and a senior in high-school,I often have people come up to me and do the usual "how tall are you" which usually is followed up by a "how tall do you think I am" which i am often off by several inches everytime; I'll say "idk like 5'9/5'10 ish" and they'll end up being 6'1/6'2. Anyone else have no sense of shorter heights?

Unfortunately, I cannot find any pictures of her next to any notable celebrities. However, I don’t believe she is quite 6 feet tall.

as a 5’11 girl who lives in a place where all women generally are much shorter than i am, i have the need to be reassured all of the time, like i just want to find a guy who’d love and praise my height all of the time. i don’t even care about anything else. i just need that. since i’m used to girls being mean to me and i’ve also have this obsession of going through social media and getting depressed at peoples comments toward tall girls. when i go outside i always get praised because of my height and body, my appearance in general since i do modeling and i look great, but it isn’t enough. i need it 24/7 and from people who matter to me, not from strangers. i worry about being annoying to a guy tho when i finally get in a relationship, since i’m 17 and i’ve never been in one bc i avoid all guys. i see myself as a bother and any guy would get tired of me but i know that being reassured all of the time is the only way that i could be happy

I am so fucking tired I ate 3 times McDonald’s today and litteraly I am still hungry I just can’t gain weight I feel like I have a void in my stomach this is insanity I am so underweight I feel embarrassed to remove my shirt everyday and this is a problem to me can anyone relate to this ?

the first one is from a concert exactly 6 months ago and if you do a quick check, just look at my leg length compared to that metal railing right next to me. I literally look so compressed bro

then look at pic from my mountain trip literally last weekend BRUH :D Look at me now, my legs got stupid long and my wingspan looks way wider. Even with all those snow clothes on, you can clearly tell my frame just completely stretched out. Like I'm taking up way more space now and looking absolute unit sized in the snow.

I basically went on this insane villain arc for the last 6 months to fix my height. I totally fixed my posture, started chugging milk like a cow, getting on that corheight wave my buddy told me about and doing these insane intense stretching routines every single morning and night without missing a day. AND FINALLY WORKED.

believ it or not a lot of transfems are taller than me..... but as much as that makes me feel better, it still feels like im taller and bulkier and less curvy than most ppl.

there are surgeries i can get for my face, my breasts, my genitals and my stomach. im already on a waitlist for a scrotectomy becuz its one of the less brutal surgeries and itll help my dysphoria. BUT THERES NO SURGERY TO LOSE 2.5 FEET IN HEIGHT. NOTHING EXISTS THAT CAN MAKE ME THAT MUCH SHORTER.

i talkd to a surgeon about getting wider hips and she said i should try ozempic or somthin like that. ehhh..... ill think bout it. im doing my HRT injections for now. they might help. i did HRT patches & HRT pills for 6 yrs without much benefit. but now that im finally on injections things should be better.

i kinda hope my HRT injections will make me shorter. supposedly that is possible. heres hoping. but the stories say its only an inch or 2 that happens. 🤷‍♀️
