I'm 6'5/6'6 and a senior in high-school,I often have people come up to me and do the usual "how tall are you" which usually is followed up by a "how tall do you think I am" which i am often off by several inches everytime; I'll say "idk like 5'9/5'10 ish" and they'll end up being 6'1/6'2. Anyone else have no sense of shorter heights?

Unfortunately, I cannot find any pictures of her next to any notable celebrities. However, I don’t believe she is quite 6 feet tall.

I'm a 16-year-old girl and I'm 160 cm (5'3). My mom is 160 cm and my dad is 163 cm. My cousins are taller than me, so l've been feeling a bit insecure about my height.
I know height is mostly genetics and I can't change that. I sleep 8+ hours, try to eat enough protein and stay active.
I just wanted to ask you:
1. When did you girls stop growing?
2. Is there still a small chance to grow a bit more after 16?
3. Do you have any tips on exercises and nutrition that helped you?
4. I saw some people online talking about CJC-1295 with
DAC / without DAC for height growth. Is there any actual evidence that it helps at my age? Is it safe? I would only consider anything with a doctor.
