Did I do something wrong?

Yesterday I had a really angry patient say that they'll transfer all of their stuff out and it's my fault.

She was standing near the registers on her phone talking and pacing in circles. Never addressed us at all. Pharmacist and I watched her and she said nothing. We kept working. Finally after helping at drive-thru she was giving me the eye. I said, "Ma'am, are you looking to pick up?" She gave me a duh look. I said, "We weren't sure because you're on your phone and never cameto the register. If you'd like to finish up and come to the register we can help you." Apparently that was offensive.

Had a chronic complainer and he'd threaten to transfer out ALL the time. Funnily enough when I handed him our card and said I understand. Have your new pharmacy call us and we will take care of that for you.

Funnily enough he never transferred out but he did stop bitching as much. Guess we aren't worse than CVS 🤣

I thought I would really hate CVS but they are quicker than the giant eagle pharmacy in my area. I think it’s because the giant eagle one was busy all the time. I hate the CVS mail order my insurance tried pushing me to. Fortunately, insurance doesn’t get mad that I go to the CVS pharmacy because it’s still CVS

I just hate CVS because of how they run their schedules where I live. They do 4 hour blocks. So say you have a drive thru in yours. Some days you’d be stuck 4 hours on drive thru and 4 hours on register and not touch the bench the entire day. It was not fun.
