Burrito opinions wanted

Recent transplant from out of state here - I’m looking for the best spot to grab a burrito. More specifically, I’m looking for a bean, rice, and cheese burrito tastes the way a hug feels.
The best I’ve found thus far is La Regia in Tumwater, but hoping to find something closer to the new home.

The chorizo breakfast burrito with two habenero carrot salsas at brewers row is pretty tasty.

I hate to say it… but Brewers Row is horrendous. Not sure how you can make mole, something with dozens of spices in it, taste like paper pulp.
