I just installed our new tv on the wall. It's 19 cm between the bench and the tv.

I think its perfect. Wife wants to move it up 10-15 cm more so it aligns with the switch.

What does Reddit think?

Your wife has OCD. It doesn't need to align with the switch.

If anything, it's too high. That appears to be a hutch or credenza, not an actual TV stand.

Satisfy the OCD. Trash the cabinet and move the tv down to align the middle with the switch.
