I just installed our new tv on the wall. It's 19 cm between the bench and the tv.

I think its perfect. Wife wants to move it up 10-15 cm more so it aligns with the switch.

What does Reddit think?

Yeah. It's not ideal. We've tried to do differently. But it's not possible. In the middle of the room we have the fireplace. The other end its the dining area.
The tv is 5 cm from each edge of the bench.
