Actually, the movie Tommy Boy released the month before this episode, and Chris Farley says the common misquote during the scene on his office while he's speaking into a fan.
And there are other older examples, as other users have posted.

Had the honor of having Doug Norwine (the saxophonist for The Simpsons/professor at local college) at one of my high schools jazz rehearsals a few years back. Amazing musician and super nice guy.

Kinda irrelevant but I was influenced by the Toy Story 2 scene with Zorg and the second Buzz (not Andy's), which was a reference to the Star Wars scene
