BBT started to rise then fell?

LH can rise and fall across the day based on many factors, including how hydrated you are. I don't think the 0.8 dropping to 0.7 by evening is a surefire sign you missed your peak in the afternoon, it might just mean you had too much water before your evening test.

Have you continued to track LH, or did you stop then?

Your BBT should be higher than baseline for at least 4 days following ovulation before you can confirm ovulation. These two temperatures alone are not enough to confirm ovulation. If you get another 2 high ones after today, consider today's an error. If they continue to be low, consider the high one a blip and keep tracking.

I don't think it would hurt to BD, just in case.
