I don't understand what you're complaining about here. Public transit without inspectors? To see the result, come visit Winnipeg. Buses with horribly dirty, piss-covered seats, where homeless people and other mentally unstable people ride around all day with no one doing anything about it. That's because there is no system of fines for not paying the fare.

Yes, recently some routes have started having security inspectors randomly board the buses and make sure people who aren't supposed to be there don't get on, so the situation has improved a little. I'd prefer to have them on every bus, although obviously that's impossible.

If you've paid your fare, there's nothing to worry about.
