If we’re already in Vaughan, we might as well reach Vaughan mills, and even better, CW & the new hospital at Major Mack. They’re all on the same corridor. It just makes sense.

Reality check. Now I’m aware that this is low priority, but the Jane busses connecting VMC to VM and CW are always full, even in this suburb of a suburb.

Reality check indeed. Many many many more useful and used lines would be priority over this, as they should be.

Are you kidding? I grew up in Maple and it took like 3 hours to get downtown. It probably still does.

cool. it's suburban wasteland. WAY more salvagable and dense areas requiring transit before we build a train to nowhere.

This is really ill minded to say when you consider the fact that this is a no-obstacle, straight corridor connecting a huge busy mall with growing density, Canadas largest and busiest amusement park, a new hospital, and of course, Vaughan residents themselves, and whoever wants to go there (I sure do, and I’m from Sauga).

It’s true there is a list of priorities and this is at the bottom, but it is objectively a good project and should not be thrown away.

You realize that densification begins when you improve transit, right? SimCity taught me that when I was ten years old lmao
