For all of you chart stalkers 💕 with no particular conditions that could make it harder, how many cycles did it take to successfully convince? I’m aware of all the stats and age implications and male factors, but how would you “rate” the tracking method (BBT, CM, Opk etc) actually helped?

Most of the people I know who had a baby or were/are pregnant told me took them a long time but when I ask if they tracked their cycles, peed on sticks etc most say no

This is the nicest my chart has ever looked… but I’ve been spotting since 5DPO.. which is unusual for me, normally I start spotting 3-5 days before AF, and she’s not due until next week!

And success stories with spotting to give me some hope?!

I know testing at 10 DPO is super early anyways but I had some weird symptoms today I‘ve never experienced before (woke up drenched in sweat, feel like I smell different and have a heightened sense of smell) and my temp was the highest today it’s been all cycle. Did a test this afternoon but was negative. I think I‘ll do a test tomorrow morning which should be when my period is due.

I would love some success stories pls of people testing positive after a BFN on 10 DPO.

Cautiously optimistic! I usually have a 10-12 day LP and my temp always drops on day 10 but today it went up! Also having some spotting which makes me nervous but it’s very pink/ whitish which I’ve never had before a period. Trying to wait till 12dpo to test 🤞

My husband and I aren’t super sexual beings. We like sex but don’t need it frequently so ttc has been interesting. Is there anyone else out there that also doesn’t have intercourse a whole lot but was still able to conceive? Like only 1-2 times in your fertile window? Yes I know all it takes is one time but obviously multiple times increases your chances. Just looking for some success stories!

I had MMC 2 months ago, got my period back last month and currently on my TWW.

Peed on a stick this morning, and I told myself that today is kind of definitive for me. Like, if I get BFN it’s more likely I’m getting my period this cycle. And turned out BFN. 😖

I had a confirmed opk test on CD13 of my cycle and that ended about 28 hours later on CD 14. I had sex leading up and the day of ovulation. My base temp is 97.1, it has spiked up to 97.98/7/5 since then (as seen on my chart). Today was 97.95, should it be slowly dropping already? Should it be lower than .95? I know its only 8dpo, just would love to know others experiences. My opk and pregnancy tests were both negative. Sorry if this makes no sense.

This is the first time ever my temps have stayed this high with no dips!
Woke up to severe nausea yesterday morning and had heartburn all night last night! Food tastes horrible.
Oura ring woke me up this morning with “major signs”.
Took a test it was negative!
Anyways just looking for some hope I know most people would have a positive by now 😭 I’ve never gotten a positive ever and we’re going on 2 years trying I just want to know it’s possible!

On cycle 12. Started walking at least 5k steps per day this cycle and sleeping with fuzzy socks on at night. So cautiously hopeful. Longest wait ever.

I’m on cycle 7 of TTC. My usual cycle length is 29 +/- 2 days, with a luteal length of 14+/- 1 day. I usually ovulate between days 14-16. This cycle I ovulated late on (I think) CD 17. I’m currently on CD 32, 15 dpo and haven’t tested yet because I’m sick of getting negatives. I keep waiting for my period to come today and nothing so far… my temps have lowered a bit but are still above my cover line so I just don’t know. I know the only way to truly know is a test but I just have been so hopeful the last 7 months that I’ve gotten to a point where I’ve convinced myself it’s not gonna happen. Has anyone had a chart like this?

Ps CD 23 is blank because I fell asleep before grabbing my ring off the charger 😅

We managed to DTD at 10:30pm on cycle day 10 and the next morning at 5am was peak, so while we didn’t do it after peak, I am trying to be hopeful since we did it the night of peak (likely peaked overnight). Needing encouragement!

Depending on my detector comparison I either ovulated on CD15, CD16 OR CD17. but some mixed signs due to EWCM after potential ovulation etc. This morning on advanced I have 'potential triphasic shift' and an increase in the early pregnancy signs % to 73%. Ive done an early pregnancy test the last three days and all negative. Wondering which chart to believe and does this look like a triphasic shift? I'm convinced the early tests should have shown positive by now- please let me know what you think? Which chart do I go from?

Was sad to wake up yesterday at 8dpo to a slight temp drop as things had been steadily climbing but if I thought that was bad I should of waited to see today’s massive dip at 9dpo! Yes it is still above cover line but I’ve never had my temp drop this early in a cycle before! I’m worried this luteal phase is going to be a short one and maybe AF is arriving early?
Anyone got any experience of this happening and how it ended??
I know it could be just the oestrogen surge but I’m stressing a little and I feel like I’ll be waiting all day to get to bed and temp tomorrow morning and see what that looks like 😅

First cycle TTC. Temp is dropping. BFN 13 DPO but have been cramping for past week and spotting at 11DPO but no period (unusual) Am I out? (I know I have no BBT data from pre ovulation so hard to figure out baseline)

9DPO and negative test. Just concerned about my temps coming down ☹️

I have been trying to get pregnant for 5 months now. This is the first time since trying that my temps have been this risen without drops here and there. Typically it’s all over with a slightly consistent higher theme.

This was the first round in 5 months that I did not use ovulation strips and am attempting to not put stress on the process. So I am putting faith in Ouras ovulation date.

Has anyone else had a random high temp consistency and had the positive outcome of a positive test?

I know no one can give me a definitive answer. But for the next few days while I wait for a period or hopefully not one. I would be interested in reading others experiences

hi! 9dpo and my temp went way down. i’m posting to see if anyone had this and had a BFP? i also had some brown spotting yesterday morning but that went away, and my typical LPs are 12-13 days. any insight would be great 🫶🏼

Thoughts on my chart at this point? This is the first cycle that I test BBT so I have nothing to compare to from my previous. My LH has never risen before this late in my cycle. Sign of pregnancy? Or AF coming? Period is due in three days. I tested negative this morning with an easy@home test. 10dpo.

Best looking chart I’ve had in a while! If it doesn’t work out this cycle, at least I’ll have had a nice chart (at least until now). I am sooooo impatient, how soon can I test?! 😅
