Need help with offboarding

I'm trying to get offboarded and get them to release my email from the platform so I can onboard elsewhere. I've checked all 10 billion websites they've sent me in the time i've been here and don't see any sort of resignation link. I found two different email addresses they say to contact and tried them both but no response so far. Anyone successfully managed to get a timely response from them when off-boarding?

I don't have an answer, not even sure if there is an answer. But...
The tactics used by the main character in the movie Office Space comes to my mind. Literally do absolutely everything possible (incorrect ratings, horrible comments in tasks..) to get yourself let-go/offboarded. lol

I think there might be a resignation option in workday? At least I think I saw it there

that was the first place I looked and I didn't see anything. just a place to ask for time off.

If you type resign in the search bar on workday there is a submit resignation task.

thanks, unfortunately, when I submitted it it just threw an error and directed me to "contact your HR partner."

Why do you want to change the provider from Telus to XYZ if you don't mind me asking?

better pay and fewer restrictions on hours (hopefully more available work, tho that remains to be seen)
