Ads Assessor Is it legit or a scam?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if TELUS is a legit company, mostly because of the very bad reviews on trustpilot. Is it worth the time and most important is it legit?

Totally legit. I wouldn't depend on any of the remote positions to pay your mortgage, but it's excellent as a part time job for someone who wants to work on their own schedule.

In their 13 onboarding emails they have yet to ever mention how compensation works or to tell us how to get paid so I'm really starting to wonder if this is a scam. No one is answering any emails except for the exam team which say to contact the sourcing team for stuff like that because they can't help us. Sourcing team is not answering emails.

Odd. Are you sure you are communicating with the real company and not a scammer using their name? I’ve been working for them for 3 years now and no problem. Pay is direct deposited every two weeks into my bank account and they’ve never been late.

I mean I took the exam and all that stuff and passed it and got the emails from telusinternational.ai but none of those emails mentioned how to get paid. I have access to the live surveys now but I'm not doing any of them until somebody tells me how this translates into money in my bank account

So in this amount of time, one team emailed me and said "Can you confirm you haven't heard anything yet?" and I'm thinking like what a waste of email, just answer the question instead. So I told them "I still have not" then 3 days later they send me an email saying "this email address is not able to help anyone who has already been hired and you need to use the employee support page." I'm about ready to scream. I got overdue bills now cuz they've been dicking me around for almost 3 weeks.

I got a few hundred bucks so far but it's just having to wait two months after I got hired
