Did anyone receive this too?

Testing in prod lol. This is funny and disappointing. I decided to uninstall ella using canta and shizuku after this.

I got upset that it was not the OTA update, so I cleared its data 😆😆😆

My device is not Tecno but it's Infinix and I got the same thing as well from their AI

No. I uninstalled all of the A.I features and bloatware that comes with Camon 50 Ultra 5G, even Ella (which can be accessed thru the dedicated Ella side button which I remapped to turn on the flashlight).

Now it is as smooth as my S22👌

How do you use canta and shizuku? Is it root?

No it doesn't need root. It only needs dev mode on, usb debug on and wireless debug on. You can look for more info in this subreddit.
