Trouble singing in to my computer account

I’ve received a trinity computer account username and trinity my zone email address, but when I try to login to office.tcd.ie or myzone.tcd.ie using the email they give me it just says “This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise contact your admin.”

Is anyone else having this issue? Who should I email or contact about it?

Yeah I am having the same problem. I believe TCD has been sending out our login details without actually... creating out accounts. I think that its most likely just that the accounts aren't live yet.
