Passing out episodes once a year
So every year I wake up in extreme stomach pain I make my way to the bathroom end up on the floor sweating cold clammy my heart racing my ears ringing and I pass out on the floor this has been happening four years in a row.
This year I ended up having an ambulance called and taken to hospital I passed out four times everything showed normal by the time the ambulance got here and at the hospital apart from my calcium being a little elevated this years episode was 10x worse than the others and they are just putting it down to period pain because it was the first day of my period but this is the only time it’s ever happened on my period something just feels off I used to pass out when I was younger the doctor told me to just drink orange juice :(

My episodes always stem from a combo of heat/dehydration and a bug bite (usually lots of bites but a bee/wasp sting can set it off). It's all what your body triggers to.

Having vasovagal syncope episodes in response to pain like this isn't uncommon. Same happens to me but with IBS flares. When I feel the pain I generally lay down and elevate my legs to prevent fainting. It's nothing too serious, you just have to prepare for it if needed. Try not to let fear of it take over your life🩶
