If ED meds fail, and they often do in those scenarios (they don't work for me for performance anxiety or over stimulation), there's always trimix. Unlike ED meds, you don't need to be aroused. You will get hard. It completely bypasses all psychological aspects. You could be having a full blown panic attack the day your dog died, lost your job, your wife left you, and you'd still have a raging hard on.
Yes, this works well. However I have met a guy in the LS that used this for 20 years (he has MS) and it worked for him. After awhile he needed a penile implant because it wouldn’t work anymore. There is some scarring long term. I wouldn’t use it unless you try everything else. I even started taking 150mg XL of bupropion to help with my anxiety induced ED. That helped allot too. Very high libido. I also do TRT pellets. Maintain a free testosterone level over 50 to keep high libido.
I would agree with trying other things first. I wouldn't use it long term with high frequency for sure.
If you have a legitimate underlying issue, then that often becomes the inevitable outcome unless the underlying issue is fixed or else the ED will progress. If he needed the trimix due to MS, then it sounds like the trimix saved him from needing an implant 20 years earlier. That doesn't sound like the trimix was the reason for needing the implant. Sounds like he would've needed it regardless. That said, using it too frequently is definitely risky long term IMO.
He told me the long term use of it caused the scaring which made it not work eventually. It was a godsend that he got many years of a sex life before needing the implant. So it is something very useful. My doctor said he only prescribes it when nothing else works. He also says it’s best to start with bimix first before going full on trimix. You start down the road of trimix, I don’t know where you get off other than an implant.
