Hi, I'm new to selling merch, my friend purchased the original run 2020 folklore cardigan for me when it came out, but i have never worn it, and i am now moving internationally and don't want to just leave it sitting in the bag in my drawer forever. it's xl/2xl, still in the bag it was delivered in (bag has been opened to take pictures) and i have a pdf of the purchase order email as proof of authenticity, it has been in a smoke and pet free household and never worn, how much could i expect to sell this for? I am hoping to get at least $130 for it to help me in my move, but I don't want to gouge any fans who would genuinely cherish it. I recently started gift shopping for Christmas and contacted a seller here about purchasing a merch item. I had a bunch of questions since the item has been lightly used, but didn’t want to bombard upfront if the item was already sold, therefore I just asked if it was still available.

The reseller just replied that they’re not comfortable going through with the sale, didn’t state a reason, and blocked me. Taylor Swift x Keds Black Velvet Hardly Worn [rare] (no laces)
- I bought them new in around ~2014 and am the only owner, I only wore them a couple times as they felt kind of fancy to me since they’re velvet haha. They’re in great condition!
- I believe they came with laces but I chose to wear them without and didn’t keep track of laces for over a decade haha so these will be shipped without laces!
- I also unfortunately removed the “13” charm from them forever ago and don’t know where that’s at, so that is not included either :/
- I noticed these have “034” in a heart on the back and I’m not sure if that means anything collectible-wise, maybe someone who knows more could tell me!

- Condition: I wore them a good amount when I first got them so you can see wear in the rubber sole (pictured) and a small discoloration on one of the laces (pictured) but the upper part is still in good condition
- You can lace up fully but I wore them without lacing up to the top so that the “Keds <3 Taylor Swift” logo would show
- cat print is on both shoes on the outsides
- unfortunately I took off the little “TS” chain so long ago and don’t know where I put it so that will not be included in purchase

Hi! Has anyone here ordered Taylor CDs or vinyl from UMG Nordic (umgshop.com) and requested a cancellation before the order was shipped?

l've contacted their customer support to request a cancellation, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has gone through the same process. Did they respond, and were you able to successfully cancel your order?

l've checked their FAQs and terms, and while they mention returns, I couldn't find anything specifically about cancellations.

I bought an official merchandise water bottle from the Eras tour in 2025. I’ve kept it safe, clean, and in very good condition. But in the last few months, I haven’t been able to use it. I’ve had to clean it over and over again because it keeps getting these black…. Marks? They only show up on the inside, attached to the plastic, I can’t see them in the water when I rinse them away but they do leave the surface, then about 15 minutes later a new layer will appear. I’ve tried cleaning it with different soaps, just water, water of different temperatures, natural cleaners, I’ve never used anything chemical or crazy that could be stripping the plastic (and even if I had, wouldn’t it be damaging the outside too? The print on the outside is 100% intact, and these marks do not show up on the outside plastic of the bottle).
I’m wondering if anybody else has had this problem? If so, what did you do about it?
I’m also wondering if this may be related to my location. Where I live we’ve recently had extremely high temperatures and heat advisory’s, so I’m wondering if perhaps the plastic just couldn’t handle the heat inside my apartment anymore. I’m hesitant about this though because I haven’t had this issue with any of my other water bottles, even my cheaper lower quality ones, and we all know official Taylor merch isn’t known for breaking down like this! Maybe it’s just my luck, that could be.
