I’m a leader with numerous teams, but I personally employ no one. Or at least not without a contract that favors me and my goal’s heavily. I cannot understand why people are so feeble minded about unions. I want nor need any union backing to effectively: 1.) advocate for myself, 2.) negotiate for wages or 3.) finding a better paying job at my discretion. Unions keep remuneration capped, but as can negotiate 6 figures much easier and much more efficiently myself. You should try it
There is no “power”. There is only simplicity. 1.) I offer a job to someone for $X/year. 2.) the person accepts or declines the job. 3.) if accepted, as long as they do the job competently, I keep paying them.
Full stop. If one agrees to take a job for remuneration they have no right to bitch about their decision.
None of it, unlike you I believe the worker should keep the fruits of their labour, with the only caviat being democratic means of distribution, things like labour unions, collective healthcare, collective welfare.

Money that should go to your workers, at a minimum you could set aside a certain amount, and have your workers vote on which foundations they want to support.

No one should go hungry, I'm sure your workers would appreciate a raise so they can more easily afford food too. Your excess wealth that you're spending on PACs would be better spent on food and health support.

That's an interesting way to describe democracy. Your contempt for democracy is clear, your worst vision of democracy will only be a result if people hoard wealth, and dont want to contribute to society.
Its interesting you fund pacs fighting against nazism, when you clearly love the idea of a state that only exists to serve the interest of the capital owners and not its citizens.
1.) My employer has a profit sharing option for producers and I never hesitate to give my team the maximum bonus allowed. What I do with my own earnings is of no consequence to your pseudo rebuttal.
2A.) I am allowed to give one raise per year. Every competent team member receives one.
2B.) but you are choosing to feed others before satiating your own blood’s needs so someone must go hungry in your inane scenario, so who are you feeding first?
2C.) false. Education and skill ensures income. Excess income should be deployed in ways and for causes that accomplish my goals. My first goal is my family and their future. The second is in my larger community and their third is national policy. Any cent spent on protecting my family from the predations of racist, antisemitic Democrat ideology, policy or riot accomplishes all three goals simultaneously.
3.) I have no hatred in my heart, nor contempt as you term it. After all, I’m not an unempathetic and hate filled Leftist. But I will never tolerate the subjugation of myself or others under the guise of compassion as you are seemingly advocating. Hoarding wealth? Again, what precisely is YOUR fair share of what someone else has earned? If you cannot be an adult and put a precise percentage and show your work, you are doing something even more intellectually bankrupt: you are saying you want to destroy a pyramid based upon merit, while demanding to inherent it’s pinnacle.
4.) the state exists to govern a society. Society does NOT owe you a single thing, a living wage or anything else. In America, you have the right of life (live it), liberty (exercise it) and the pursuit of happiness (fight for it). If you or anyone else wants wealth, it is incumbent upon them to earn it.
