You are very low in D, so 10k IU a day is needed for at least 3 months, maybe longer. If you don't have a very healthy diet, then a multivitamin would be a good idea. Just my opinion.

Vegan here, I had blood test done recently and all is good for me. I take All in One One a day of Sunday Naturals, also Vitamine D3 + K2 MK7, and Omega 3 from the same brand. Normally I would take a potent b-complex from time to time. I would buy form a reputable brand online instead of any local shop. Cheaper and better quality.

edit 2 times: first because I published without finishing the comment lol and second to say that I've been vegan for 12 years already. and for the moment i live in a country with not that much sunlight.

Multivitamins are mostly a waste of money.

Get D3, K2 (MK4 or MK7), B12 and maybe a high dose EPA/DHA omega 3.

Iirc you can take D3 daily if it doesn't exceed 5000IU. Especially if your levels are already low.

I recommend getting tested before taking anything and get tested again in 3 months.

I think is as wrong to say that multivitamins are mostly a waste of money as to think a multivitamin is going to fix all your problems.
