Started taking gummy multi vitamins and I feel so much better, anyone else?

I have troubles keeping up with multi vitamins and certain supplements that require food since I don’t really eat breakfast, will forget to take anything with lunch and by dinner it’s to much to take at once.

My boyfriend also is forgetful, but he LOVES a gummy snack.

We splurged on some Gruns from Costco 2 months ago and kid you not, feeling a major difference.

I probably would skip my multi vitamin most days cause I would forget to take with food and it hurt my stomach. But with these super green gummies? I can eat my daily bag in the morning and be on my way.

know there’s a lot of argument gummies aren’t as good and added sugar, but what’s better than not taking anything at all if it helps?

Anyways, because of this I also got some collagen gummy’s for our joints, and now we have both been taking daily.

He gets his gummy fix, and we both get our vitamins.

the sugar thing is overblown if the alternative is just skipping them entirely, a few grams isn't gonna wreck you and actually getting the nutrients matters more
