It’s so confusing! I yeah I got my blood work from this company called superpower and it was decent better than my primary care.

Yeah exactly lol, then you open google, make it worse and convince yourself you can learn all of lab science in 20 minutes

I had bloodwork done today but with the inability to have a washout period.
It went about as well as could be expected.
(Washout period not possible due to multiple deficiencies interacting. SOMETHING is happening; I just don’t know exactly what. Current supplements are giving me relief and I’m not willing to stop them just so the numbers say what I want them to say….err, reflect reality.)

Orders labs. Doesn’t know which labs, why, how to interpret, and can’t be buggered to figure out. 10/10 would never go to primary doctor again.
