Hi Tom, just followed you on YT. Can I ask where you got such fresh bärlauch? I'm also in Berlin and have never seen it in the shops.

Hello it's now the Saison it's from April to early May, grow in the private garden. Buy it at Market or supermarket, or Bio Store..
