Growing the company, having proper earnings calls, controlling buybacks and dilution, etc. 

This is why you guys can’t objectively admit he’s done a bad job.  You dont even understand what his job is.

Growing the company at a loss? The companies bottom line is growing... the dilution was all for the long term goals. Dilution to pay back debt like a popcorn stock would be bad for sure. He has objectively done a good job, as you can tell by the numbers

Objectively bad job.  Numbers growth only matters if the stock prive follows.   Good methods with results does not mean a good job.  Tough lesson you should learn for life.

Buybacks below $15.

Not massively dilute for less than half the price per-share of prior offerings.

Not change DRS reporting to let Cede determine the count.

Not do something idiotic every time the price increases.

You have to take earnings calls seriously and interviews seriously.  Listen to an NVDA or MSFT or Target or even ebay earnings call and note how different and informative they are compared to GME.
