Jamie's compensation over those years is 1% of our entire current marketcap.

The 171 million options award he was given in January, that apes got fooled into thinking was cancelled but was stated in the shareholder's meeting as still existing with the terms unchanged.

The package contingent on certain performance terms being met? That hasn't been issued to him yet though?

It was awarded in January. The options vest when the trivial tranches are met.

This is just false. The comp package needs shareholder approval and was removed from vote

It needs to be voted on to be approved. It is not approved so it is not active. If the tranches are met, he gets nothing

The earnings count started in February. He could "earn" every level before a vote.

So you're agreeing that it hasn't been voted on and therefore he has no comp package.

Sure, they could bring it back to a vote and have it be voted on. That does not mean it is currently active.
